Biaxial frequency testing with two hydraulic zylinders needs excat knowledge of the whole oscilation circuit.
Previous projects showed, that it is reasonable to customise the testing rig to the specific test requirements. The test should first be conducted on one of our existing testing rigs. Afterwards the costs for the testing rig can be calculated more precisely. Thus the built up testing rig fits perfectly to the specific test requirements.
This saves misunderstandings, money and at last annoyance.
Testing rig:
  • 16 kN hydraulic cylinder (2 pieces)
  • 100% hydrostatic piston
  • piston displacement: ± 20 mm
  • 38 l High response valve (2 pieces)
  • min. 12 l/min hydraulic unit
  • 3-dimensional adjustable cylinder attachment
  • MTS Flex Test, sampling rate 10 kHz
  • testing frequency up to 40 Hz; depending on displacement and forceamplitude

Force over force diagram:

  • forceamplitude: ± 470 N (each axis)
  • displacement: ± 1 mm (each axis)
  • displacement of phase: 90°
  • testing frequency: 25 Hz
